TUESDAY

• Veggie Quiche
• Calzones

WEDNESDAY

• Burritos w/black beans & potatoes
• Spanakopita or Veggie Lasagna

THURSDAY

• Veggie Quiche
• Pizza

FRIDAY

• Biscuits & Gravy or Breakfast Burritos
• Veggie Pockets or Roasted Veggies w/rice

Bread Menu

Three different style breads are baked on Mondays and Thursdays.

• a predominantly white sandwich loaf, wheat-based
• a 100% whole grain sandwich loaf (wheat-based on Mon, Spelt-based on Thursdays)
• a sourdough/naturally leavened free- form/artisan style loaf

Each baking will produce differences in flavor to create variety within each style.
