Bread Menu
Three different style breads are baked on Mondays and Thursdays.
- a predominantly white sandwich loaf, wheat-based
- a 100% whole grain sandwich loaf (wheat-based on Mon, Spelt-based on Thursdays)
- a sourdough/naturally leavened free- form/artisan style loaf
Each baking will produce differences in flavor to create variety within each style.
